Frequently Asked Questions

Once we receive your order, we will get to work on processing. Please note that our processing time is 4 business days for most orders. Bleach shirts only- processing time is 5 business days. If your order requires design approval, please watch your email for the design. If we do not receive approval within 48 hours, we will continue processing your order and no changes can be made. Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Standard shipping is between 3-6 business days depending on location. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout.

We carry sizes ranging from infant to 4XL adults. Specialty sizes may be available. Please contact us for further info. 

Please look for the notes box when checking out. You can write all of the important information for your design there. If you do not see the box, please send us an email at uniquebelletique@gmail.com with your order number in the subject box. 

We offer both heat transfer vinyl and sublimation print designs on our items.

Can be applied to bleached shirts and 100% polyester

Can be customized

Permanent, will fade slightly on bleached shirts, no fading with 100% polyester

Since each item is made to order with your size, color options, and design, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please be sure to use the provided size charts. Feel free to reach out if you need any help with sizing. In case of any defects, please email us at uniquebelletique@gmail.com with a picture and we will resolve the issue ASAP.
